“ Amazing food! Owner was so friendly. Thai pizza was beyond impressive! I wish we had pictures from before! ** So good we went back the next day... burgers were as great as the pizza! Took pictures today! If you are in Custer, or even close by, this is a must!! Mr and Mrs Pizza . Bacon blue burger Hot honey burger so good best and unique must try!!!! the heat was perfectly balanced! Do yourself a favor and just try this place. ”
“ They're special that I got was a BLT and the tomatoes were fried Green tomatoes and it had garlic mayonnaise on it. it was excellent and they said so far the feedback is so good they may put it on the menu. My husband got a buffalo burger and that buns are also freshly made there everyday. It was excellent and the french fries were really good and when we asked what the powdery looking thing on them was they said it was just their seasoning. We shared my coleslaw which was excellent. Jamie was an excellent server so feel free to ask for her. we got there when they opened and went right in but when we left close to 11:30 it was already full. apparently the weekends are so full people wait in line for a long time and as long as they get your order by 2 p.m. on Saturday they'll still serve people which can be up to 90 more people wow! We went during off-season and most of the people seem to like locals who knew each other. Definitely recommend this place but go when they open on a non weekend day. Update May 2025: Best burgers and pizza in Custer! Shakes and fries excellent also. ”
“ The pizza here is truly great. The crust is thick enough to support the rest of the toppings without being floppy or soggy but it’s also not too thick. The balance was perfect. The jalapeno, pepperoni and hot honey pizza is a must order. We had a few pizzas after traveling from Minnesota and we all loved all of them. The staff we interacted with were all very friendly. If we lived anywhere near here this would be our exclusive pizza spot. Absolutely delicious! ”
“ If you order the Big and Juicy, you are going to get a burger that the bun simply cannot contain. Seriously. SO GOOD. Our toddler ate all of his fries and the giant kids burger he ordered (if you have kids you know how much of a win that it) 1000/10 recommend. Little small in the building but don’t notice it too much. Super chill, food is great. ”
“ We stopped here after visiting Mount Rushmore and we were glad we did. The staff was helpful the moment we entered the door. We grabbed menus near the door, seated ourselves and ordered at the counter. My husband had The Hot Granny burger and I had the Cheeseburger salad. We both did the bison burger upgrade. The burgers were so good! We would definitely recommend. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. ”
“ Have always wanted to check this place out but always super busy when going by but today we got right in and it did not disappoint! Warm Black Hills hospitality, quick service and the Buffalo Burger was certainly a treat I'm a connoisseur of fine fried pickles and they were divine...the ranch that came with them was top notch! A must stop in Custer ”
“ I had a buffalo classic burger (bison meat) and added bacon and garlic aioli. The buns are made fresh and are delicious and the burger as a whole tasted great and it was hard to tell that bison was even in it. The fries were really crispy and paired well with the garlic aioli. The weird thing was that I wasn't feeling full after the meal, maybe it's the fresh buns or the bison patty, but it was a refreshing meal that didn't leave me feeling like I needed a nap after eating a burger and fries. I'm guessing it's the fresh ingredients that they use that made me feel like that after eating the meal. ”
“ Our family loved this place! You seat yourself and order at the counter... you can also order online! It was busy but the staffed worked hard to clear tables and seat people that were waiting! We ordered the terminator with no sausage and the cheese curds! So good!! ”
